Mission
ELF Professional Development and Resources, LLC exists to provide innovative, dignity centered training, consultation, and practical resources for professionals, caregivers, and organizations supporting individuals with autism, cognitive and behavioral disabilities, visual impairments, and elderly populations.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: every individual deserves to be supported with respect, compassion, and evidence informed care that honors autonomy and human worth.
We grow in how we train so we grow in how we serve. By equipping the helpers, including providers, educators, families, and community leaders, with clear systems, ethical guidance, and practical tools, we strengthen the environments where individuals live, learn, and belong.
Because when those who support others feel confident, prepared, and valued, inclusion is no longer an idea. It becomes a lived reality.
Philosophy
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves our full attention and intentional care. Each person is worthy of dignity and respect, regardless of age, race, background, or belief system.
I believe growth in service begins with growth in knowledge and character. Through ongoing training, reflection, and ethical practice, service providers strengthen their ability to positively impact the lives of those they support. When we commit to learning and leading with compassion, the quality of care rises and the lives we touch are changed for the better.

Our one-on-one trainings are tailored to meet the specific needs of each provider, offering hands-on support rooted in real-world experience.
Group Trainings
We provide dynamic group training sessions that encourage collaboration, discussion, and the practical application of behavioral strategies.
Provider Manuals
Our easy-to-follow manuals are packed with practical tools, real-life examples, and clear guidance to support service providers in the field.
Direct Support
We provide individualized, hands-on support by spending meaningful time with autistic and behavior individuals in real-world settings, using tailored strategies to promote growth, independence, and confidence.

As the founder of E.L.F. Professional Development & Resources, LLC, I believe my experiences offer a distinct viewpoint for training in "real life" situations. As a wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and mentor, my insights have been tried and tested. Let’s cultivate mutual respect and strive to enrich the lives of everyone we encounter.
