E.L.F Professional Development and Resources

I am the founder of ELF Professional Development and Resources, LLC, and I have dedicated more than 20 years to serving individuals with autism, cognitive and behavioral disabilities, visual impairments, and aging related needs. My work has supported individuals from early childhood through young adulthood and into later life stages, and I have been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2015. Serving in classrooms, centers, homes, and community settings has given me deep insight into the real challenges providers and families face every day.

My commitment extends beyond direct support. I care deeply about strengthening the people who provide care. Whether supporting professionals, caregivers, or families, I believe dignity centered service should be the standard across the lifespan.

I created ELF Professional Development and Resources as an extension of both my experience and my calling. I believe the work of supporting others is sacred work. Too often, providers are asked to carry tremendous responsibility without practical training that reflects what truly happens in daily life. My mission is to bridge that gap by offering innovative, compassionate, and practical training that equips helpers to serve with confidence, clarity, and respect. When we strengthen the helpers, we strengthen individuals, families, and entire communities.
